親愛的Katy姊姊,我好像沒跟妳說,我有時候會收到公司寄來的email,裡面有訓練的audio可以聽
這次12月的訓練(也可以說是健康採訪啦,笑),主講人是Dr. Luigi 喔!

這是為所有會碰上聖誕節大餐的會員所做的特輯,嘿嘿~~
(老實說,沒有刺耳的女聲翻譯,我聽得比較開心說...之前聽Dr. Luigi在台灣的訓練,聽了一半就受不了,那個翻譯者的聲音太高亢刺耳....||||)

Notes:

calorie control + healthy nutritional diet 是健康或減重的關鍵!

shake has multi-vitamins + mineral, protein, fiber

Dr. Luigi told his athletes/players to have 1~2 shakes a day for the holidays to maintain weight or to get enough nutrition!

double cheeseburger can easily get to 1000 calories

Dr. Luigi is in Herbalife for 3 years

Soy protein is good for body, even doctors recommend it to LOWER CHOLESTEROL. (美國FDA--Food & Drug Association recommends 25 grams a day for people)

Fish oil (Omega-3) is for 痛風 + 憂鬱症 + and other diseases

Green tea has calcium + Vitamin D

Products + distributors are the stars.

Omega 3 products all over the world in all the companies, the sale went up to 10%~15%.  This means that people now know the befenits that fish oil can bring.

go to World Health Nutrition's website, you'll see the research number that shows the # of obesity population is twice more than underweight people.

Shake is simple + effecient + practical (Ultimate fast food!), you can drink it even if u r on a trip/travel.

Dr. Luigi said for the new customers, he recommends they take the shake (breakfast or breakfast + lunch), multivitamin, fish oil/cell activator, and tea to start with.
噗哈哈哈,他說他剛進公司的時候,是會員們告訴他怎麼吃,結果他就莫名其妙吃了將近30種產品,搞不清楚哪個產品的功效是什麼,總之就是一整個傻掉(這個醫生也太有趣了吧,哈哈哈)
所以新手們可以先使用上述的產品,然後再依照你的需求,日後再增加

chicken breast + lots of salad (5~6 servings of vegetables).  Watch out for the hidden calories though! (coutons + salad dressing + cheese)

shake is nutritional, so Dr. Luigi encourages people to have the shake for the rest of their lives.  Shake is not medicine, it's nutrition!
