Healthiest choice at a BBQ party:
1) sirloin Hamburger
sirloin is the leanest part of beef, very close to turkey, and so that's why it's a healtier choice
2) cooked vegetable
the minerals/nutritions contained in the veggies would increase if u cook it fast; if you cook it for too long, you'll lose them.
3) corn on the cob with butter ( not cole slaw, it's 400 calories, 25 grams of fat, all the calories are from the mayo. So watch out!)
a packet of butter is about 45 calories, so that's why it's the best choice
