以下是我所寫的筆記,分享給大家



women should stick to no more than 5 oz. protein for lunch or dinner, go for 1400~2000 calories a day

men can typically burn 10%~15% more calories than women

Low Calorie Alcoholic Drinks
Light Beer-->100 calories/bottle
Glass of Wine ---> 120 calories
Club Soda and Vodka with a splash of cranberry ---> 120 calories


Speed Up Your Metabolism
1) don't skip breakfast
2) cut down sugar
Avoice artificial sugar, because your body would think it's getting sugar, but it's not.  So your body would program you to eat more + crave more + slows your metabolism, and so you gain more weight instead of losing weight

3) eat unprocessed food to cut down on inflammation
If you're inflamed, you gain weight; and if you're overwight, you're inflamed.  It's a cycle.
Eat omega 3 fat, ginger, green tea, curry spice (herb, not the curry itself), rosemary (herb), and garlic

4) fight your food allergies or sensitivities
if you're more allergies than others, you're more likely to be overweight
